Wilford I. Summers is an electrical consultant and former Executive Director of the International Association of Electrical Inspectors.

Frederic P. Hartwell a working electrician, is President of Hartwell Electrical Services, Inc. He has been certified by the International Association of Electrical Inspectors as a Certified Master Electrical Inspector. Mr. Hartwell is the senior member of NEC CMP 9. He is co-author of McGraw Hill's National Electrical Code Handbook, 27th Edition.
