To be honest, i couldn’t find the remaining chapters in pirate webs and I really love the plot. So i have to read the remaining legally. And it was so refreshing to be able to complete the manga, but the the bubble zoom tech is so lame. The person who edit bubble zoom hasn’t realize that reader must read Japanese manga from right to left. I recommend those new readers to know how to read Japanese manga before they start the Story

I’ve probably never picked up a sequel as fast as I did with Volume II of Assassin’s Creed Awakening. The end of the first part was SUCH A CLIFFHANGER and I simply had to dive into the second installment immediately. My Thoughts: 1. I was definitely more USED to the right to left reading format while I read Volume II. Don’t get me wrong, I LOVED it in Volume I, as I did in Volume II, but after years of reading in left to right, it was a conscious effort to flip the pages the other way and read in the exact opposite direction and in volume II, it was just a lot easier. 2. I quite loved where the story took us, and especially where it ended. There was a little I didn’t understand about the technology that was being used (it went over my head, but I just took it in stride) but it was still fun and fast-paced. 3. I feel like this manga was a little unrealistic. Edward Kenway had such GREAT skill, that he could single-handedly board the flagship of the British Armada and kill the captain, and it honestly just felt a little far-fetched. 4. I LOVE where this manga left off, tying the past to the present and I cannot WAIT to get my hands-on Volume III. Would I recommend this? As a series, yes! This book didn’t impress me too much, truth be told. It was just a little unrealistic, but a nice filler in the six-book series.
