About this ebook
Mason is just going about his own business when the whole world changes and he is thrust into a strange and even more dangerous world, where nothing is as it was before. He is left as the only human on Earth as far as he knows and now is getting quests, being talked to by a strange voice, being attacked by mutated monsters and savage sentient beings.

Thoroughly enjoyed it and couldn't put it down. Its a well written story with a cohesive plot. Thoroughly enjoy the subtle Australian culture references. The leveling system is well thought out and easy to follow. The author does a good job of building relationship between the characters and the sections written from the different perspectives helps build on their reasons and character developments. It builds on an existing world, with real world references including geography helping it be relatable while opening the door to fantasy allow for magic and something new. Quite an enjoyable read and looking forward to reading the next one.

Trent North is a long time gamer, avid audiobook listener, and has always enjoyed writing as a hobby. I have recently taken to tabletop games like D&D. Massive fan of almost all major series such as Star Wars, Lord of the Rings and am an avid movie buff. I love Fantasy and Sci-fi but my favourite has to be Litrpg as I love the tangible progression that you can see and quantify.
