This is a drama by Ratnakar Matkari, the subject is the most discussed one, HIV-AIDS.  The story starts with a happy family and slowly takes a turn towards the dreadful disease AIDS.  The husband and wife love each other immensely, but at the same time the man does visit a prostitute now and then.  He does not consider it to be unethical.  He pleads that it is his body that enjoys the other women but his soul mate is no one but his wife.  Shocked by his unethical illogical thinking his wife leaves him forever.  As everyone around becomes aware of his disease, one by one they all leave him alone.  There comes a stage when the society people try to kick him out of his own home, at this moment precisely his wife walks in.  She tells him that as she considered his visiting prostitute for sheer lust as unethical,  it is equally unethical to leave a sick husband alone. Through this drama, Matkari raises the question of male chauvinism.  He tries to aim at the society at large through the medium of one single family.  He also brings forward another side of the husband-wife relationship.
