Fetters Hill was once a thriving Scottish town whose inhabitants relied on the riches of their whiskey distillery to support themselves. Once closed, Fetters Hill began a slow decline, until a mysterious stranger by the name of Seeder arrives in the desperate town with a gift: a tree that bears whiskey like fruit. It's a disturbance in the natural order of "the green" that draws the Swamp Thing's attention as well as John Constantine. The newfound joy in Fetters Hill may be shortlived, since the gifts of Seeder always come with a price. This volume collects Swamp Thing 19-24, Swamp Thing Annual 2.
