About this ebook

This book undertakes to accomplish three tasks in bringing the world of neuroplasticity to the everyday reader and to his or her idea of improving it in a way they see fit. It shows the reader that each person has the ability to alter and adjust the shape and resistance of his or her own mind. This is powerful information because when you alter the shape of the mind, you are essentially changing your destiny.

Here is a preview of what you'll learn...

•                  Boost neurogenesis

•                  Improve brain circulation

•                  Boost mitochondria

•                  Reduce neuroinflammation

•                  Promote the formation of new brain synapses

•                  Improve sleep (and optimize cyrcadian rhythm)

•                  Increase vitamin d without supplements

•                  Become the best version of yourself

•                  Much, muchmore!

Everyone tries to get rid of the negativity affecting our life in every possible way: reading books on the subject, taking part in training courses. Everyone is looking for the system to be always productive and achieve every goal.

If there is still something missing to live the life of your dreams, it is not your fault... Unfortunately, this is what you have been taught and it does not make you able to change. It happens because you did not use neuroplasticity.

I was really sceptical at first, I have since concluded this book is HANDS DOWN the best meditative tech I've come across. It's fast, it's simple, it's effective. Most of all...it's different. You will not be disappointed. Im a seasoned meditator and I can honestly say without a doubt this book will change the way you think about and engage in meditation. Blows other techniques out of the water.

He has produced an elegantly written book that concisely presents the concepts central to an educated discussion of neuroplasticity and situates them in many of the domains of concerned to neuroscientists and the layperson. It completely stays away from the hyperbole that surrounds popular press usage of the term. Instead it provides the reader with a basic understanding of the field and its history. I was especially impressed by what he chose to present and how clearly he described the central concepts and issues. It should especially valuable to students wanting to study neuroscience but are initially blown away by the details of the field and to the layperson that wishes to gain a basic understanding of this broad field. This book is a home run!

This book was just the right balance of technical terminology and common language description. I am not in this field; I just wanted to get an idea what Neuroplasticity is about. While doing so, I did not want to get too bogged down in details that I will never use, but I didn't want the book to be dumbed-down for me either. This book satisfied all of these things. And, I think it is a great jumping off point for someone who does want to know more: there are notes and suggestions for further reading.
