Apie autorių

Rory Christensen has been a practicing martial artist for over thirty years now. He is a 5th degree black belt in Goju Ryu and a 2nd degree black belt in Shotokan karate. He has also trained in various other arts, including Kenpo, Jujitsu, Aikido and Kali. He resides in California with his wife and three daughters.

His other books include: Mind Training for Martial Artists, and Drills For Self Defense: A Martial Artists Guide to Reality Self Defense.
