The work presented here describes the emergence and increasing importance of diversity within academic research and practice and offers valuable insights on diversity management and policy implementation.

Steven Knotter is a consultant at IDEA Consult, a public policy consultancy based in Brussels, where Rob De Lobel is a senior consultant. Lena Tsipouri is professor of economics at the University of Athens. Vanja Stenius is a researcher at Istituto Psicoanalitico per la Ricerche Sociali in Rome.
