About this ebook

Discover the Spiritual Root of Mental Suffering—and the Path to Inner Freedom

Are you truly at peace with your own mind?

Have anxiety, obsessive thoughts, or depression made you feel like a prisoner in your own head?

In this groundbreaking book, Sreekanth Kurra offers a transformative perspective: mental illness is not just a brain issue—it’s a spiritual disconnection. Blending timeless spiritual wisdom with practical meditation techniques, this powerful book reveals how inner conflict—not biology alone—is the hidden force behind most psychological suffering.

You’ll learn:

How your thoughts are simply reactions to input—and how to break their grip

The true roles of the brain: screen, storage, and processor—not your identity

How to heal disorders like OCD, anxiety, and depression by reconnecting with your true self

A simple yet profound daily meditation practice to restore mental balance and mental freedom

With piercing insight this book helps you trace suffering to its source—the unresolved fight within yourself. But more importantly, this book guides you to heal it.

If you’re ready to stop masking the symptoms and finally address the root, this book will change your life.

You are not broken. You have simply forgotten who you truly are.

The first 5 years of a child's life is the most crucial part of life. At that stage as kids. we witness violence, abuse, drugs and so forth, We have no voice to speak out, it basically is having a photographic memory, which unwinds when we are teenagers, and start recating in strange ways, cos we could not help the situation back then. The Author is trying to find ways in which meditation, and connecting mind, body and soul to eradicate problem through calming sound waves, spritual ways of dealing with the situation. rather than thoughts of sadness, substances or alcohol. Physiatrists will treat one with medication, in my opinion no human being has the power that god has to heal the saddest thoughts flowing through one's brain. continuously thinking this through life

I read right through this like a curious child. Now it's time to slow down and really hear what I'm reading. Having been diagnosised with some mental health issues myself and not wanting to live on medication for the rest of my life. I started out highly intrigued just by the title alone. I'm looking forward to reading the other volumes, but first I complete comprehension on and learn what I just read. I'm giving this book a excellent rating because it makes common sense.

Wow when I was at the beginning of the book I couldn't help but cry my eyes out like a baby. Very understanding and so very true. I love this book and I appreciate him taking time into learning himself and able to share it with the rest of us. Thank you so much.
