Dr. Chengshan Wang, Ph.D., is Chang-Jiang (Cheung Kong) Scholar Professor in Tianjin University and the director of the Key Laboratory of Smart Grid of Ministry of Education in China. Dr. Jianzhong Wu, Ph.D., is a senior lecturer at the Cardiff School of Engineering, Cardiff University, UK. Janaka Ekanayake is a professor at the Cardiff School of Engineering, Cardiff University, UK.
