About the author

Kuldeep Singh is an Assistant Professor in the finance area at the School of Management, Gati Shakti Vishwavidyalaya, Central University under the Ministry of Railways, Government of India. Previously he worked with the JAIN (Deemed to be University), in Bangalore, India. He obtained his doctorate in Finance from the Indian Institute of Information Technology, Allahabad India, in 2022. He also provided project consultancy for a Government of India project with the National Highways Authority of India (NHAI) at IIM Bengaluru. He is skilled in Inferential statistics, Mediation-Moderation analysis, Structural Equation Modeling, Times Series Analysis, Forecasting through regression modeling, PLS-SEM, Difference-in-Difference (DiD) analysis, Propensity Score Matching, Interpretive Structural Modeling (ISM-MICMAC), Analytic Hierarchy Process (AHP), Systematic Literature Review and so on. He was awarded with the ‘Best Paper Award’ at the 6th Management Doctoral Colloquium, IIT Kharagpur in 2020. He has published several research papers in reputed journals like Behavior and Information Technology (Taylor & Francis, ABDC-A), Information Technology & People (Emerald, ABDC-A), Singapore Economic Review (ABDC-B), Managerial and Decision Economics (Wiley, ABDC-B) and in various other reputed publishers such as Springer, Elsevier, and Sage. Furthermore, he has presented his research findings at esteemed international conferences such as IEEE and the Academy of Management (AOM).

Richa Singh Dubey is currently affiliated with Motilal Nehru National Institute of Technology Allahabad (MNNIT) Allahabad.

Douglas W.S. Renwick is affiliated with the Nottingham Business School of Nottingham Trent University.

Rohan Crichton is a senior Assistant Professor of Management and Faculty Affiliate for the Institute of Sustainable Environment at Clarkson University (New York, U.S.A.). He brings over 20 years of education related work experience to the table in the areas of teaching, research, management, and partnership development. In these capacities, he has published widely in the green human resource management space, holds the McGill and Smith Outstanding Teaching Award, manages multiple leadership and sustainability grants, and recently partnered with the United Nations University on contributing to meeting the Sustainability Development Goals.
