Three short, steamy reads by Simone! Viking – A quick read in true Simone style of instant attraction I have been reading Simone’s books since 2016 and while this one was different, it still had that Simone feel with strong attraction between characters. Tanja isn’t happy in her current life, when her fall brings her back in time to meet Sigurd, a Viking. It’s a quick read, and shows that wishes do come true! Love by the Waters - Short read with all the steam you know and love about Simone I loved this short read with lots of steam and gentlemanly actions as you expect from Simone! Ross and Simone meet aboard a ferry and strike up a conversation before disembarking to explore the island. Yet when they meet back up on the ferry, Ross offers Simone the use of his hotel room. While Simone offers a chance to extend their time together, but the morning comes much to quickly. I did not expect the ending! Dancing- Another short and steamy read I’m quickly pulled in this short story about Adam who drives by “Dancing Girl” on a street corner and each time she smiles at him while dancing. His thoughts of “what if” would happen if he ever should stop is steamy. It’s definitely his highlight of the trip home from work when he sees her. What happens when one day he does pull over to offer Dancing Girl a drink and meal with him? Let’s just say “The Police’s Roxanne” sings in my head when I read this story.

This book contains the following previously published short stories: 1. VIKING Simone Leigh continues to amaze me with her talents. "Viking" is a short, quick read that truly just captures a moment in time for Tania. One moment she's made a decision about her void of life and the next she's more alive than she's ever been. I have to say, I really would like to see this brief interlude turned into a full storyline. My mind is running rampant with all the possibilities that could happen. I loved it. 2. LOVE BY THE WATERS Simone Leigh is one of those authors that I tend to drop everything to read whatever news she has written or re-read one of her books if I don't have another commitment. This short, easy read was written like it was a fantasy playing out right in front of my eyes. What a deliciously, thought-provoking storyline that made me want to take a vacation. I'd so recommend this book. 3. DANCING I'm trying to find a way to give you an honest review of this short story. I was so captivated by Simone Leigh's words the story was there and gone before I even realized it but then, it has stayed with him over a period of time trying to write this. I think the best thing that came I got out of this story is perception. Whether it's reality or imagination, it all depends on the perception you have when looking at it.

I enjoyed this short set of hot and steamy stories. It starts with Tania who has a lot of despair at the beginning story - The Viking, but thankfully things turn out a lot better after she meets a hot warrior. In the middle story - Love By The Waters, it sounds like the most perfect romance on a relaxing Holiday. In the last story - Dancing, the dancing girl has a very (attractive) strong and brave quality to me. She does what she wants, the way she likes it, making this her preferred way of life.
