The 4th edition of Shubhapallaba had released on the 28th of October in 2018 in the eve of Kumara Purnima. The cover photo of this edition was designed by Saswat Debadutta and Sambeet Das. Sangram Keshari Senapati and Tapas Ranjan had edited this edition. This edition had 49 articles includes poems, stories, travel blogs, editorial by Tapas Ranjan.

Sangram Keshari Senapati is an Indian writer and entrepreneur from Bhadrak, Odisha. He is the founder of Shubhapallaba Odia magazine and Gapu Photography club. Apart from that, Sangram is a volunteer in the Wikimedia project and became the 1st Odia and the 3rd Indian as well the 3rd participant in the world to complete the 1000wikidays challenge.
