The 39th edition of Shubhapallaba was released in June 2021 on the auspicious occasion of Raja Sankranti. Inside this issue of Shubhapallaba are a total of 14 stories, poems, travel blogs, and essays, including the editorial. This issue's cover photo features Indian actress and model Pupul Bhuyan playing Doli. A number of new writers contributed to this edition. Some writers' first articles have been published in this edition. Sangram Keshari Senapati and Tapas Ranjan edited all the articles.

Sangram Keshari Senapati is an Indian writer and entrepreneur from Bhadrak, Odisha. He is the founder of Shubhapallaba Odia magazine and Gapu Photography club. Apart from that, Sangram is a volunteer in the Wikimedia project and became the 1st Odia and the 3rd Indian as well the 3rd participant in the world to complete the 1000wikidays challenge. His first Odia book, College Dary is going to release soon.
