The 21st edition of Shubhapallaba has been released on the 1st of December in 2020. Inside this issue of Shubhapallaba, there are a total of 23 stories, poems, travel blogs, essays including the editorial. The cover photo of this issue is designed by Sameet Das featuring the winter night in the village of Odisha. A number of new writers contributed through this edition. Even some writers' 1st article has been published through this edition. Sangram Keshari Senapati and Tapas Ranjan had edited all the articles.

Sangram Keshari Senapati is an Indian writer and entrepreneur from Bhadrak, Odisha. He is the founder of Shubhapallaba Odia magazine and Gapu Photography club. Apart from that, Sangram is a volunteer in the Wikimedia project and became the 1st Odia and the 3rd Indian as well the 3rd participant in the world to complete the 1000wikidays challenge.
