This issue has featured articles related to Lord Jagannatha and Ratha Jatra. The cover photo of this issue is designed by Sameet Das. The images used inside the magazine are taken from the social media handles of CMO, Odisha, Naveen Pattnaik, Bijay Biswal which are available in creative commons license. A number of new writers contributed through this edition. Even some writers' 1st article has been published through this edition. Sangram Keshari Senapati and Tapas Ranjan had edited all the articles.

Sangram Keshari Senapati is an Indian writer and entrepreneur from Bhadrak, Odisha. He is the founder of Shubhapallaba Odia magazine and Gapu Photography club. Apart from that, Sangram is a volunteer in the Wikimedia project and became the 1st Odia and the 3rd Indian as well the 3rd participant in the world to complete the 1000wikidays challenge.
