Jesus’ shoulders are big enough ‒ ours are not. That is why He carried everything we would ever go through in life – so we could live and walk in freedom and wholeness, with no heavy weights from the past. These weights will stop us living in the blessing and release He bought for us on the cross. He came to make us whole (Luke 17:17).
Jesus heals ten lepers, but only one returns to glorify Him and thank Him – only one was made “whole.” The only way to know true wholeness in our lives is through Jesus ‒ opening our hearts and lives to Him, allowing Him to be Lord of our lives.
