Felicito al autor creí por el precio $1 seria algo simple. He visto libros para perros y gatos o cuidar tu jardín en $15 o $20 y esos eran libros basuras. Este libro es para inteligentes y el q opine lo contrario es un tonto. El libro dice y cuenta con la verdad cotidiana, algo del día a día y de un futuro. Aun no entiendo por qué el mundo moderno desprecie tanto la Inteligencia.

El libro nos entrega una serie de consejos útiles para mejorar nuestra inteligencia. También contiene errores, dice_ LOS MÚSCULOS DEL CEREBRO: es un error el cerebro no tiene músculos !!!!

Describe perfectamente como vivir saludable, tranquilo mentalmente y como potenciar tu inteligencia. Lo recomiendo no solo como un libro si no como una forma de poder ver tu vida
