This book constitutes the thoroughly refereed proceedings of the 7th Joint International Semantic Technology Conference, JIST 2017, held in Goldcoast, QLD, Australia, in November 2017.
The 19 full papers and 4 short papers presented were carefully reviewed and selected from 37 submissions.
