About the author

Dr Sanjay Chaudhary is an Industry Fellow at the University of Petroleum and Energy Studies. Before nine years in Academics, he had sixteen years of international work experience in the corporate sector. An IIT, SUNY (USA), and DTU graduate have expertise in operations and supply chain, data analytics, and e-commerce. He is a member of the Institute for Supply Management, India. He has published twenty academic journal articles or conference papers, a patent, and a book.

Dr P. K. Suri is serving as a Professor at the Delhi School of Management (DSM), Delhi Technological University. His areas of interest in teaching, research and consultancy include Analytics, E-Governance, IT Strategy, and Supply Chain. A former Indian Statistical Service officer, he has also served in consulting roles for the UN bodies, viz. WTO and FAO. He has published two books and more than twenty-two academic research articles.

Prof Komal Kapoor is Assistant Professor at IMS Ghaziabad (University Courses Campus). She has expertise in marketing, strategy, entrepreneurship, design thinking and operations with over 2 decades of rich experience in teaching, training and research. As an author she has penned many chapters in the indexed books and research articles in reputed academic journals.
