Sabu Thomas is a Professor and Director of the International and Interuniversity Centre for Nanoscience and Nanotechnology, Mahatma Gandhi University, Kerala, India. Professor Thomas is internationally recognized for his contributions to polymer science and engineering, with his research interests encompassing polymer nanocomposites, elastomers, polymer blends, interpenetrating polymer networks, polymer membranes, green composites, nanocomposites, nanomedicine, and green nanotechnology. His groundbreaking inventions in polymer nanocomposites, polymer blends, green bionanotechnology, and nano-biomedical sciences have significantly advanced the development of new materials for the automotive, space, housing, and biomedical fields.
Dr. Wilson is an assistant professor in the Department of Chemistry, St. Cyril’s College, Kerala, India. He obtained his PhD in Chemistry from Mahatma Gandhi University, Kottayam, India. He has written several publications in international journals and conference proceedings. He has also co-edited two books one titled “Transport Properties of Polymeric Membranes and the other titled “Materials for Potential EMI Shielding Applications: Processing, Properties and Current Trends published by Elsevier. He has also conducted research work at Katholieke Universiteit Leuven, Belgium. Dr. Runcy has also almost two years of industrial experience as a junior scientist at the Corporate R&D Centre, HLL Lifecare Limited, a Government of India Enterprise, in the area of synthesis of green polymers. His current research interests include polymer nanocomposites for membrane applications, synthesis of biodegradable polymers for medical applications, and development of high quality EMI shielding material.
Dr. Soney C. George is Dean of Research and Director of the Center for Nanoscience and Technology at Amal Jyothi College of Engineering, Kottayam, India. He has published 240 papers in peer-reviewed journals and conferences. He has also edited and contributed to several books. His research focuses on polymer nanocomposites, tribology of nanocomposites, membranes, and pervaporation.
