This book is designed to help candidates to exhibit Officer like Qualities (OLQs) in the SSB Interview. The book is in 28 chapters grouped in 5 sections. The 1st Section includes A Great Career, what is Assessed at SSB, Preparation Tips and entire 5-day Interview tests schedule. 2nd Section contains both the Computerized Pilot Selection System (CPSS) & Aptitude Battery Test (PABT) & how to fill Personal Information Questionnaire (PIQ).

The schedule, concept, purpose and procedure of all the SSB Interview Tasks have been fully explained.

Screening Tests (OIR VIT, OIR Non-VIT & PP &DT), Psychological Tests (TAT, WAT & SRT) and GTO Task (12) have been discussed in detail. Tips and techniques to crack all the tests have been elaborated with model exercises, illustrations, sketches, photos & practice sets.

Group Discussion, Interview & conference have been exclusively dealt with the tips to excel, supported with question-answer and mock sessions. Force related information & relevant GK issues are in addition.
