Dari tes inilah, pihak penyelenggara akan memperoleh hasil mengenai aspek psikologis para pelamarnya. Lulus atau tidak, bukan berarti menunjukkan kualitas psikologis peserta, tetapi lebih karena faktor kualifikasi yang dibutuhkan oleh pihak penyelenggara.
Kunci suksesnya, tetap tenang mengerjakan soal dan jujurlah pada kondisi diri. Terkadang ada jenis pertanyaan psikotes yang tidak ada jawaban benar atau salahnya, tetapi lebih melihat aspek psikologis peserta.
