Diffida di insegnanti e consiglieri che non hanno mai fatto il manager (l'autore di questo libro l'ha fatto per 30 anni). Da «abduct» a «zeroin» passando per tutte le parole che dovete assolutamente conoscere nel loro vero significato, un libro-dizionario che vi conduce con chiarezza attraverso i segreti del metiere piú odiato e desideto del mondo, e anche un saggio affabile, preciso e aggiornato di critica dell'economia e del costume, zeppo degli utilissimi consigli pratici che solo l'esperienza può dare. Un libro formativo e serio ma pieno di humour anglosassone e italiano.
