Roberto Cazzolla Gatti, Ph.D., is a research associate at Forest Advanced Computing & Artificial Intelligence (FACAI) Lab and Coordinator of the Global Forest Biodiversity Initiative Hub at the Department of Forestry and Natural Resources, Purdue University, USA.
Moreover, he serves as the head and scientific coordinator of the Master’s Degree (MSc) Programme in Biodiversity and an associate professor of Biodiversity and Ecology at the Biological Institute of the Tomsk State University in Russia.
His scientific research focuses on global biological diversity analysis, theoretical-experimental ecology (with applications in ethology and evolution) and environmental physiology of animals and plants (with applications in global change biology).
