This book is not long at all but for all the good reasons . It helps you learn in short how much more we should appreciate and that it doesnt take much to feel better within oneself and how much we actually over think, and how it shouldnt be that hard to start to feel better . You just have to put in the effort and want to do better for yourself. Although the book was short it was a very positive read and made me realize how much i can actually make a differences in my own life.

It's very short, and has some incorrect grammar (it's not like I didn't understand the meaning but it leads me to believe it hasn't been thoroughly edited). The content is nothing original, it just very briefly covers concepts you probably already know, or can easily access with a quick online search. It's not like it was expensive but I did feel like I wasted my time.

Amazing, that's all I have to say. What should I say? This book is not only good; This is very good, but it teaches a lesson of life that a person will not forget till his death. I ordered this book jokingly, but I had no idea that it would add a new dimension to my life. Whatever questions I had in my mind regarding life, I found answers to them in this book. I cannot thank the author of this book enough, and this author has explained each and every issue very well keeping in mind the small things of life and this author himself is an expert in human nature, so it is obvious. The point is to show everything clearly. I am very happy that now I will be able to overcome those ups and downs and difficulties of life.
