This book is a lifesaver for understanding what is happening to your loved one when they are diagnosed with bipolar disorder. Having a family member diagnosed with this disease is complicated at the beginning because the family doesn’t understand what is happening and what to do to make the situation better. I like how the author encourages the person who has bipolar disorder to share the book with loved ones, education about this disorder is very important
