My husband has been a Sarcoidosis patient of Dr. Baughman's since 2000. He literally saved his life more than once with his preventive approach to this chronic, debilitating disease. I keep up to date on all Sarcoidosis literature due to the severity of his disease. I purchased Dr. Baughman's textbook as soon as it was released and read it from cover to cover (I am an RN). Thorough, comprehensive, practical guide for anyone looking to learn more about the diagnosis, treatment and prognosis of this often misunderstood and under-diagnosed disease, with all of its sequelae and impact on a patient's quality of life. Waiting for the next publication because much has been discovered since 2006!!
