Renee Rose writes with so much passion that I can literally feel the commanding allure of Joey. He jumps out of the pages and demands your attention. Trust me, Sophie had no chance against this alpha, mafia Prince. The intensity of their pull to each other was insane and sweet all at the same time. I loved the realistic emotions that Sophie struggled with in whether to give into her chemistry with Joey or resist the Family. Simply loved their story and can’t wait for more.

I really enjoyed Book 2 in this very juicy series. Joey LaTorre pays a visit to Sophie and his building obsession starts from there. Sophie doesn’t want to be involved with any of The Family, yet Joey has his sights on Sophie. Things heat up in the most delicious ways and it’s interesting how many ways and directions it goes. This story was entertaining and kept me reading from beginning to end. I really enjoyed how this played out and the HEA was perfect!
