Mike Nurmalia Sari. Born in Bukittinggi, West Sumatra, on January 12, 1990, the author is a lecturer in the English Education Study Program at STKIP Muhammadiyah Sungai Penuh, Jambi Province. The author graduated from Universitas Negeri Padang (S1 Pendidikan Bahasa (dan sastra) Inggris) in 2012, and master degree in Universitas Negeri Padang (S2 Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris) in 2017. Now the author is taking her doctor degree in Universitas Negeri Padang (S3 Jurusan Ilmu Keguruan Bahasa: konsentrasi Pendidikan Bahasa Inggris). The author is currently as the head of LPPM STKIP Muhammadiyah Sungai Penuh. This book is the author's ninth publication after previously publishing several other books, including: Interaction Management of English Classroom, Teori dan Prinsip Media Pembelajaran, Metode Penelitian Pendidikan, Metode Penelitian Kualitatif, Metode Penelitian Kuantitatif, Artikel Ilmiah bagi peneliti pemula, Penelitian Tindakan Kelas dan Penelitian Pengembangan (R&D), and Gaya Belajar Peserta Didik.

Pretty Elisa Ayu Ningsih, S.Pd., M.Pd., was born in Jambi City in 1991. She completed her undergraduate studies in the English Education program at Bengkulu University in 2013, then pursued her Master's degree at Jambi University in 2015. Since 2018, she has served as a Lecturer in the English Education undergraduate program at STKIP Muhammadiyah Sungai Penuh, located in Sungai Penuh City, Jambi Province. In addition to her role as a lecturer, she also holds the position of Secretary of the English Education Program at STKIP Muhammadiyah Sungai Penuh and has been an active member of the Research and Community Service Institute (LPPM) at STKIP Muhammadiyah Sungai Penuh since 2019.

Furthermore, she has served as an Assessor for the Ministry of Education, Culture, Research, and Technology (KEMDIKBUDRISTEK) for the pre-service PPG program and as a Mentor for Prospective Motivator Teachers (CGP) since 2021. Previously, in 2020, she held the position of Head of the Language Laboratory at STKIP Muhammadiyah Sungai Penuh. In the same year, she also served as Head of the Community Service Division at LPPM STKIP Muhammadiyah Sungai Penuh.
