The GCBME Book Series aims to promote the quality and methodical reach of the Global Conference on Business Management & Entrepreneurship, which is intended as a high-quality scientific contribution to the science of business management and entrepreneurship. The Contributions are expected to be the main reference articles on the topic of each book and have been subject to a strict peer review process conducted by experts in the fields. The conference provided opportunities for the delegates to exchange new ideas and implementation of experiences, to establish business or research connections and to find Global Partners for future collaboration.

The conference and resulting volume in the book series is expected to be held and appear annually. The year 2019 theme of book and conference is "Transforming Sustainable Business In The Era Of Society 5.0". The ultimate goal of GCBME is to provide a medium forum for educators, researchers, scholars, managers, graduate students and professional business persons from the diverse cultural backgrounds, to present and discuss their research, knowledge and innovation within the fields of business, management and entrepreneurship. The GCBME conferences cover major thematic groups, yet opens to other relevant topics: Organizational Behavior, Innovation, Marketing Management, Financial Management and Accounting, Strategic Management, Entrepreneurship and Green Business.

About the author

Prof. Dr. Ratih Hurriyati, MP is the head of the doctoral management program at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia. Her overarching research area includes Marketing Management. In the last 5 years, she has published over 30 papers in refereed academic journals, 65 papers in conference proceedings; and from 2007 to 2018 she published nine books. She has successfully completed the supervision of six Doctoral degree students and over 30 Master's degree students, and currently leads a team of four doctoral researchers in various areas related to marketing management and entrepreneurship.
Prof. Benny Tjahjono is a leader of the Sustainable Production and Consumption cluster at the Centre for Business in Society, Coventry University. His overarching research area includes Sustainable Operations and Supply Chain Management. His research track record has been demonstrated by winning a number of research grants from the UK Engineering & Physical Research Council (EPSRC), Innovate UK, European Union, overseas funding agencies and directly from the UK industry sectors. He was one of the Principal Investigators and a member of a consortium consisting of seven universities in Europe recently being awarded the Horizon2020 MSCA Innovative Training Network worth €3,995,643, aiming to formulate the service-oriented business for the European Circular Economy.
Prof. Dr. Ade Gafar Abdullah, M.Si is an associate professor at the Department of Electrical Engineering Education at Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). He is currently serving as the head of Technical and Vocational Education Study Program at the School of Postgraduate Studies, UPI. He is also the Coordinator of the UPI publication center and vice editor in chief of the Indonesian Journal of Science and Technology (IJOST). Dr. Ade Gafar Abdullah completed his doctoral degree in Nuclear Physics at Institut Teknologi Bandung, Indonesia in 2010. He publishes on nuclear engineering, electrical engineering, and engineering education in numerous journals. He has experiences as an editor of proceedings published by CRC Press, IOP Conference Series, Atlantis Press, and Scitepress
Sulastri S, Pd., M.Stat, MM., is a lecturer at the Economic and Business Management Education Faculty, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). She is also affiliated to the UPI publication center and an Editorial member of the Journal Ilmu Manajemen dan Bisnis. She earned her Bachelor in Education from UPI in 2005, Master of Applied Statistics from Universitas Padjajaran, Indonesia in 2014; Master of Management from UPI, Indonesia, in 2014 and Master of Management from UPI, Indonesia, in 2016. Her major interests are in Financial Management, Entrepreneurship, Research Methods, and, Academic writing.
Lisnawati S.Pd., MM. is a lecturer at the Economic and Business Management Education Faculty, Universitas Pendidikan Indonesia (UPI). She is also affiliated to the UPI publication center and an Editorial member of the Journal Strategic. She earned her Bachelor in Education from UPI and a Master of Management from UPI, Indonesia in 2010. Her major interests are in Management, Marketing, Customer Behaviour, and Academic writing.
