About the author

Dr. Rakesh Kumar is an eminent educationist and decorated army officer with 25 years of experience. He is a classic example of courage, commitment, and intimate relationships. His areas of expertise are finance, business law, economic, labor law, technology, and sustainability. He is an expertise in Structural Equation Modeling (SEM), ISM, and Fuzzy TOPSIS Research Methodology. He is an interdisciplinary researcher. He is also involved in the course and syllabus designing and developing on various management topics, including analytics, and management curriculum. He has published more than 72 research papers in leading databases. He is an editor of reputed books including Tylor & Francis, Nova Science, etc. He also acts to lead and liaise between the student community and the industry delegates, with a keen interest in training around emotions and spirituality.

Dr. Sachi Nandan Mohanty, recently, was recognized as Top 2% of World Scientists Ranking by Stanford University and Elsevier for year 2023, 2024 and 2025. He received his Postdoc from the Indian Institute of Technology Kanpur, India, in the year 2019 and Ph.D. from the Indian Institute of Technology Kharagpur, India, in the year 2015, with MHRD scholarship from Govt of India. He has authored/edited forty-two books, published by IEEE-Wiley, Springer, Wiley, CRC Press, NOVA, and DeGruyter. His research areas include data mining, big data analysis, cognitive science, fuzzy decision making, brain-computer interface, cognition, and computational intelligence. Prof. S N Mohanty fellow of Computer Scoeity of India (CSI), Institute of Engineerers(IE), Indian Society for Technical Education(IETE), and Indian National Academy of Engineering (INAE).
