Breathing is the most unconscious unintentional thing that we do. We just breathe, no matter what and how we are doing, in what place or circumstances we are in, we breathe. I am sure none of us has given it much thought except reading about it in biology or practicing some breathing excersies during our workout and meditation but this book, 'Breathe Like Animals' by Rahul Kumar encourages us to think about it in a more deeper and subconscious level. In his book he has talked about breathing process of various animals and how it can work on humans if we practice it. Animals are still very natural unlike human beings who have taken a much artificial route towards life. Knowing about breathing patterns of animals will connect us with our own energies and healing. The book has extensively shared details of breathing practice and exercises according to different physical, mental and emotional health problems and how change in breathing can help in its cure. For curious spiritual and medical souls this book is a gift.
