About this ebook

Something wicked this way comes–and this time, wicked is going to win.

Villains are the heroines and heroes of their stories and in this anthology they are going to be the leading players–and finally find love. In these 10 stories you will find villains from fairy tale, folklore and myth. From the familiar to the fantastic. From Hades to Grendel.

You’ll meet:

A man who gets more than he expected by binding himself to a selkie,

A woman who discovers the loveable Beast in the young man she once knew,

A mermaid who is not meant to be with a prince,

A witch who has so much more to offer than a cabin made of sweets,

A singer who has promised something she cannot deliver and gets help from an unexpected source,

And more. If you’ve ever rooted for a witch, an evil fairy or a wolf, this anthology is for you.

About the author

Author, coffee lover and self-trained retail therapist, Rachel Kenley is the author of seven novels as well as several short stories and novellas. When she is not writing she is homeschooling her sons, trying unsuccessfully to keep up with laundry, and laughing as much as possible. She believes in shameless flirting, never missing the chance to watch The Wizard of Oz, and that breakfast can be eaten at any time of day. She is currently the President of the international writers’ group Broad Universe and a member of Romance Writers of America. You can follow her on Facebook, Instagram and Twitter and at www.rachelkenley.net

Alice Kay writes sweet and steamy romance on a mountainside in Colorado. When she’s not writing, she enjoys long road trips and driving empty highways late at night. Her quirky characters often find themselves in her favorite settings along the Texas Gulf Coast or the Pacific Northwest. Life without furry friends is unimaginable so her friends and readers may spot a dog or two wandering through her living room and in her books. While much of her writing is contemporary romance and suspense, don’t be surprised to find sexy warlocks, powerful love spells, and fire-breathing dragons in upcoming works. Nothing is outside the realm of possibility and no doors are closed to her imagination. You can find her online at www.alicekay.com

Barbra Campbell writes fast and hot contemporary romance/erotic romance as an escape from the regular world. When she was raising her natural born children, exchange students, dogs, cats, birds, horses, chickens, a rabbit, and a cow, she found time to nearly get her PhD in Genetics, help with her husband’s construction company, play cello in multiple symphonies, and volunteer for roughly seven hundred organizations. Life happened. New paths were taken, and she’s finally escaped most of the rat race to dream up sexy fantasy worlds where the characters are guaranteed a Happily Ever After, or at least a Happy For Now. And since she’s busy, she appreciates stories that get right to the point! https://BarbraCampbell.com

Susan Hawes is a self-admitted nerdy girl who works in the medical universe during the day and plays in the online gaming universe at night. The bright side of her children growing up and flying out of the nest is having more time to indulge in her passion for reading and writing. Her additions include cat snuggles, books, strong coffee, and karaoke. You can find her singing in grocery stores, swinging a big hammer online or on Facebook at

Trevann Rogers writes rock star romances, urban fantasies, and LGBT paranormal romances. Her books include House of the Rising Son and its prequel novella, After Midnight. Her stories incorporate an unquenchable addiction to music and her love for vampires, Weres, incubi and rock stars. Trevann writes long after the sun goes down because like these elusive creatures, she learned long ago that sometimes being yourself means Living After Midnight. Trevann lives in Connecticut with Molly, Chloe and Toby, three rescue mutts, and Lil Monkey, a sock monkey who thinks he’s real. You can find her online at: www.trevannrogers.com and www.facebook.com/trevannr

After a mid-life crisis and failing out of college at the age of 20, Sara Marks decided to live the life she wanted, not the one expected of her. Now a librarian with two master’s degrees, she plans to never stop getting over educated. She started writing as part of the National Novel Writing Month program over 15 years ago. She likes to write women who are like her: feminists who learn to live their life their way; rarely worrying about their age, weight, marriageability, or fertility. They fail and find second, third, and (sometimes) fourth chances to correct their mistakes. Sara’s a hopeless romantic who is unlucky in love. She cries at nearly every movie she sees (ask her about when she cried at a horror movie), but it’s full-on weeping for Disney animated movies. She loves reading across genres but likes to write women’s fiction, romance, and horror. She believes you have to find a balance with the reality of the world if you’re going to be a hopeless romantic! You can find more about her works at www.saramarks.net.

M. Reed is the author of several erotic shorts including the Retail Horror series. She holds a B.S. in Biology and an A.A.S. in Mathematics. When she’s not writing, she spends her time playing video games, geocaching, and spending time with her husband and dogs.
