About the author

Bing Wang is a professor at College of Public Administration of Huazhong University of Science and Technology in China. He has published several articles on public value in English and more than ten articles in Chinese. He is a reviewer of several international journals and consultant of China local government. He believes that every country, region, and individual have their specific goodness, beauties and problems, and we need to enhance these goodness, beauties, but settle the problems. He is interested in exploration and adventure, such as mountain climbing, traveling, and learning, to discover the beauties of the nature and human. His academic research is aiming to make this world better.
