The rodeo has returned to Marietta, who doesn't love the cowboys!! Wyatt first met Claire in Vegas, a sizzling chemistry then but Claire disappeared that same night. Fast forward, Claire is on the run and has shown up in Marietta with no place to stay. Wyatt's sister offers her a cabin on the ranch, not knowing the Wyatt knows Claire. The sparks are still there and Claire soon needs her cowboy to protect her from her past. A fast paced story, loved Wyatt, pure cowboy and gentleman. I can't wait to hear more from this family. Highly recommend.

This was a great story. Claire and Wyatt were great main characters. I loved their chemistry and connection. Claire was determined to hide her past, including the brief encounter she had with Wyatt back in Vegas. But the truth always manages to come out. I really loved Wyatt and how he handled finding out the truth about Claire. And especially how he and his family handled things at the end. And I loved all of the secondary characters like Katie. I'm really enjoying this year's rodeo series.

Ahhh.... I am not sure if it is being back in Marietta that won me over or the story line or Wyatt and Claire. Heck, it was probably all of those things and much more. You know the saying "What Happens in Vegas, Stays in Vegas." that does not apply in this story and I am so glad! A beautifully written story about a singer and a cowboy. I received a free copy in exchange for an honest review.
