Prometheus, a TV news announcer, decides to rejuvenate his flagging ratings by a spectacular April Fool's story - alien life is discovered. Unknown to him, at the same time, alien life is discovered by a geology lab manager, Pandora Box. Coincidentally, the prank is set on Gamma, based on a video Prometheus and his friends, Vulcan, Achilles, and Ghost, had taken as they collected samples. Indeed, it is a successful newscast, and Prometheus gets his ratings back, and Pandora gets fame as the biologist who reported on the alien life. The prank has a very happy ending as Pandora and Prometheus discover they are fated mates and fall madly in love. The book is pretty stand-alone, but by reading the series you'll be familiar with the setting and other characters. They are all HEA, fated-love-found romances and very entertaining and enjoyable.

Prometheus is handsome and popular, but his seat as anchorman on the nightly news may be in danger if he doesn’t come up with a very good story, and quick. He and his friends come up with an April Fools day prank, a stunning story about the discovery of alien life. Pandora is a geologist who just happens to be studying samples from the expedition used in Prometheus’s story. Maybe it isn’t a joke after all. They meet to discuss the possibilities, and before you know it, the story is not the only hot thing in town. This is an entertaining story with likeable characters, and sadly the end of the series. I enjoyed each of these quick reads about love in space.

Got to love a good April Fools joke that turns on you. Prometheus needs a good story to save his job and he comes up with an old video of him and the guys on a excavation trip to Gamma. The company Vasse sends samples to Pandora to check out, it is old boxes of samples from a ship they bought. Pandora finds out something very newsworthy with her findings. And here starts our story which was a fun read with a romantic ending. I’m hoping there will be more to this story, maybe another book? This was a good read which I would recommend this book to all.
