About the author

Priya Awasthi received her M.Sc. (Ag.) Horticulture in 2002 and PhD in Fruit Science in 2006 with first class from Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar, Uttarakhand. She started his career in Jawahar Lal Nehru Krishi Vishwavidyalaya, Jabalpur as Assistant Professor. After that, she joined as an Associate Professor in the Department of Post-Harvest Technology, College of Horticulture, BUAT, Banda, where now she is Professor & Head of the Department of Post-Harvest Technology.

Subhash Chandra Singh received M.Sc. (Ag.) Horticulture in the year 2001 and Ph.D. in Fruit Science in the year 2005 and secured first class from Govind Ballabh Pant University of Agriculture & Technology, Pantnagar, Uttarakhand. At present he is Associate Professor, Fruit Science in College of Horticulture, BUAT, Banda, India.

Rohit Kumar is currently pursuing Ph.D. Post-Harvest Technology degree from College of Horticulture, Banda University of Agriculture and Technology, Banda, Uttar Pradesh, India.
