About the author

Phayung Meesad: With a Ph.D. from Oklahoma State University, USA, Phayung Meesad is an associate professor at the Department of Information Technology Management, Faculty of Information Technology and Digital Innovation at King Mongkut’s University of Technology North Bangkok (KMUTNB). As the director of the Central Library at KMUTNB, he has extensive experience in library science, AI, and data analytics. He has contributed significantly to developing Smart Digital Library and Digital Transformation strategies.

Anirach Mingkhwan: Anirach Mingkhwan is a prominent academic at KMUTNB, Thailand. He is an associate professor at the Faculty of Industrial Technology and Management, KMUTNB, specializing in Network Technologies, Computer Science, and Data Science. With a Ph.D. from Liverpool John Moores University, his research focuses on AI and IoT applications. His work has gained international recognition and numerous citations. His research focuses on applying emerging technologies in various domains, including library and information science.
