First, I do love the couple in the book, Fox is incredible as are all the Ferrals, but I found the story line incredibly frustrating. I have enjoyed most of the books in this series, however, the author often seems to give the characters nothing but bad luck which makes me want to scream. I was exhausted and had a headache by the time I finished this particular book. I hope Wolfe's story is better than this.... No more mazes please Ms. Palmer!!!

Not my very favorite pair but good. Waiting impatiently for more Wulfe. This tale gives lots of surrounding story, back story and set up. An important part of the Feral journey.
