Effective management is necessary for every company that wishes to be successful in attaining its objectives. Management concepts can be distinguished from those of scientific knowledge. Management concepts are not as solid as scientific hypotheses. They are concerned with individual characteristics and, as a result, must be used imaginatively in order to meet the job's needs. Human behaviour, like innovation, is never inert, and neither is business. As a result, all of the concepts must adapt to these changes
