Effective management is necessary for every company that wishes to be successful in attaining its objectives. Since no one in a place of authority existed, then there would be organized anarchy with no structure and little, if any, concentrate. For example, while deciding whether or not to promote an employee, one management may consider continuity, while the other may consider ability. Management concepts can be distinguished from those of scientific knowledge. Management concepts are not as solid as scientific hypotheses. They are concerned with individual characteristics and, as a result, must be used imaginatively in order to meet the job's needs. Human behaviour, like innovation, is never inert, and neither is business. As a result, all of the concepts must adapt to these changes
