This book is a practical guide to the application of PNF (Proprioceptive Neuromuscular Facilitation) in the treatment of patients with orthopedic problems and with neurologic dysfunctions. The approach presented here is based on the concepts set out by Dr. Herman Kabat and taught by Margaret (Maggie) Knott.
