PHARMACY PRACTICE

Dr. Avish Maru is working as Principal at Loknete Dr. J. D. Pawar College of Pharmacy since last 15 years. He is also having industrial experience of 16 years. He is Recognized Post Graduate Teacher by Savitribai Phule Pune University (SPPU) and guided 46 students for M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics). He is also Recognized Ph D Guide by SPPU and currently guiding 7 research scholars to purse Ph D. He has published 35 scientific research papers and 6 review articles in reputed National and International Journals. He has been awarded with Innovation Award at National level by The Solvent Extraction Association of India in the year 2023. He has delivered lead lecture / expert lecture in international conferences. He is also member of Board of Studies (BOS) for Pharmaceutics.

Dr. M.S. Arun Shanmugam is an Assistant Professor in the Department of Practice at JKKN College of Pharmacy, Kumarapalayam, Namakkal, Tamil Nadu, India. He earned his Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D) degree from JKKN College of Pharmacy, affiliated with The Tamil Nadu Dr. MGR Medical University, Chennai. Dr. Arun profoundly understands Research and Innovation, Pharmacovigilance, and Pharmacy Practice. He has actively participated in and presented posters and oral presentations at numerous National/International conferences and workshops. He has been a Scientific Evaluator for poster and oral presentations at National Conferences. Dr. Arun has guided six undergraduate and three postgraduate project works. He holds the government certification of an "Entrepreneurial Mentor" from the Tamil Nadu – Entrepreneurship Development and Innovation Institute (TN-EDII) and is a member of the Institutional Human Ethical Committee at the ADR Monitoring Center of J.K.K.Nattraja College of Pharmacy in Kumarapalayam, Tamil Nadu, India. Additionally, he is a certified "Advanced Level Innovation Ambassador" by the Ministry of Education, Government of India. Furthermore, Dr. Arun serves as an Editorial Board Member of JKKN PHARMA ALERT E-Newsletter, an inhouse Department of Pharmacy Practice publication. He is an active member of the Indian Pharmaceutical Association, Bhavani Kumarapalayam Local Branch, and secured an A+ Grade in the PDP on implementing NEP-2020 by UGC-India. With his extensive academic achievements and experience, this book is expected to meet the needs of Pharmacy Students.

Mr. Ashish Kumar Pandey currently working as an Associate professor in the Faculty of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Shri Shankaracharya Technical Campus, Junwani, Bhilai, Chhattisgarh, India. He has a rich experience 14 years in teaching of B. Pharmacy, D. Pharmacy, and M. Pharmacy. He has a qualified M. Pharmacy in Pharmaceutics branch from, SLT Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Guru Ghasidas Central University, and B. Pharmacy from same SLT Institute of Pharmaceutical Sciences, Guru Ghasidas University, Bilaspur, Chhattisgarh, India He has guided many students of M. Pharmacy and B. Pharmacy at research level. He has more than 25 publications, one German Patent grant One Indian Copyright grant, one UK designs grant, one book authored and 3 book chapter.

Dr. Dharmendra Singh Rajput is currently working as an Associate Professor at Patel College of Pharmacy, MPU, Bhopal, (M.P). He has done his B. Pharm from Columbia College of Pharmacy, Raipur (C.G). M. Pharm (Pharmaceutics) from Rungta College of Pharmaceutical Sciences & Research, Bhilai (C.G) and Ph.D. from Madhyanchal Professional University, Bhopal. He has been awarded at state level for best faculty award. He has rich experience in academia, research, and administration for more than 11 years. He has guided more than 20 Postgraduate students and presently 6 students are working under him for their Doctorate. He has published more than 40 research/review papers in various National and International Journal of repute, has more than 50 abstract in various Seminar & Conferences. He has delivered more than 10 lectures in various Conferences & Seminar on Formulation development, Novel drug delivery and drug designing. Dr. Dharmendra has also Published 2 Indian Patent. He is Lifetime member of APTI and registered Pharmacist in M P State pharmacy council. His research area focuses on Novel drug delivery system and Formulation development.
