Oscar J. Starr and his wife Jarae D. Starr, both operate and own their own business Express Direct Professional Services in Houston, TX. They both enjoy spending quality time with family and friends, enjoys listening to classic R&B, as well as gospel music. They both have worked on various projects pertaining to their company. Mrs. Jarae Starr is the co-contributor of their newly released book, Establishing the Foundations of a Relationship, and also Mr. Oscar J. Starr III, recently written and published another new book entitled, Having a Sincere Hunger for Success: Do You Have What It Takes? Lastly, Mr. Starr released his first book on August 2, 2023 entitled The GameChanger Perspective.
