Confronting the wide range of factors that management face in relation to global changes, this volume focuses on the implication of these changes for organizations. By presenting its case using a variety of analytical tools ranging from formal game theoretical systems to inductive models based on case studies,this volume concentrates on three main areas: the implications of global change on the competitive environment for employment and working practices; the influence of the international business environment in decision-making; and the importance of cultural and institutional diversity.
