Pohjoismaiden opetus- ja tutkimusministerineuvoston (MR-U) yhteistyöohjelma ohjaa ministerien yhteistyötä vuodesta 2015 lähtien koulutuksen, tutkimuksen, kielten ja tietotekniikan aloilla. Ohjelman tavoitteena on osaltaan keskittää ja kohdentaa yhteistyötä, joka pohjautuu Pohjoismaiden, Ahvenanmaan, Färsaarten ja Grönlannin ajankohtaisiin poliittisiin painopisteisiin. Ohjelmassa kuvaillaan ministerien määrittelemät painopistealueet, mutta siihen ei kuitenkaan sisälly täydellistä luetteloa kaikista koulutus- ja tutkimusministerineuvoston prioriteeteista.
