Jill Gregory grew up in Chicago and received her B.A. in English from the University of Illinois Champaign-Urbana. She now lives in West Bloomfield, Michigan with her husband, her daughter, and their Yorkshire terrier. She is the author of eleven Dell historical romances. She previously wrote for Berkley, and has been a New York Times bestselling author ever since the publication of The Wayward Hearth early in her career.
