About the author

Nicole Pisani was a senior chef at Nopi in Soho, London working for Yotam Ottolenghi, and before that she worked with Anna Hansen at The Modern Pantry. She is currently the chef for Gayhurst Primary School in Hackney, where she exercises her passion for inspiring people to eat well. Nicole will introduce you to ingredients, techniques and flavour combinations that you'll want to share with everyone you know!
