Dabei handelt es sich um ein Vorhaben zur Errichtung von zwei Häusern, die gemeinsam einen Pool, einen Garten und einen Parkplatz nutzen. Das Haupthaus besitzt neben einem Badezimmer auch eine Küche. Ich werde als zukünftiger Manager die Hotelanlagen im Auftrag der Besitzer das Projekt planen und betreuen. Als Leiter des Projektes habe ich die Aufgabe, mit Hilfe des Planungswerkzeuges „MS Projekt“, das Projekt zu organisieren und die Durchführung zu überwachen.
